The Lisbon School of Health (ESSL) will host the workshop "Are You Food Neophobic? Discover Your Eating Profile", led by researchers and professor from the University of Florence, on June 2nd from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM - sala 2.32.
In this workshop, you will learn about:
- Your level of food neophobia.
- How your level of food neophobia compares with findings from large and similar population studies.
- Food neophobia beyond the acceptance of new foods and its impact on eating behaviours.
- The evolution of food neophobia throughout different stages of life.

About Sara Spinelli
Professor Sara Spinelli, from the University of Florence, chair of the Italian Sensory Science Society and vice-chair of the European Sensory Science Society and is internationally recognized experts in sensory science related to eating behaviour, with applications in clinical nutrition, public health, and food service.
